A fully plant-based cake — no dairy, no egg, and none of the compromise.
We developed this cake because so many customers asked for one they could share with everybody at the table. It uses soya milk and plant-based margarine, and it is decorated with fruit rather than dairy cream. Can also be made with gluten-free flour on request.
