Choux pastry piped by hand, filled with silky vanilla crème pâtissière and finished with a chocolate glaze.
Our éclairs are piped fresh every morning. The choux shell is baked until it is light and hollow, then filled to order so the pastry keeps its crispness, and dipped in tempered chocolate. Sold individually or by the tray for parties.
